Only open up attachments from the vetted and trusted resource. When in doubt, communicate with the alleged sender right. If the sender is non-responsive or obscure concerning the context, it would be most effective to think it was a phishing endeavor and report it directly to the IT and/or the security team.Amen to this and bless you for sharing I'
